Terms of Service — Restoreth Thy Soles

1. Agreement

By booking or using services from Restoreth Thy Soles ("we", "us"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

We provide sneaker cleaning, sole whitening, midsole repainting, deep restoration, and related services. Results depend on the condition and materials of the items provided and cannot always be guaranteed.

3. Bookings & deposits

A deposit may be required to secure your booking slot.
Deposits are applied toward the final price of your service.
Final pricing may be adjusted after inspection if the actual condition differs significantly from what was described at booking.

4. Payments

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Applicable taxes will be added at checkout. You are responsible for providing accurate billing information.

5. Cancellations & refunds

Cancellations made before work has begun may be eligible for a refund of the deposit, minus any processing fees.
Once restoration work has started, deposits and payments are non-refundable.
If we are unable to perform a requested service, you will receive a full refund.

6. Drop-off, pickup & shipping

You are responsible for safely delivering items to us and arranging collection. We are not liable for loss or damage during shipping by third-party carriers.

7. Liability

While we treat every pair with care, restoration carries inherent risks (e.g. fragile materials, pre-existing damage). Our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the affected service.

8. Unclaimed items

Items not collected within 60 days of completion notice may be considered abandoned and disposed of at our discretion.

9. Intellectual property

All site content, branding, and imagery are owned by Restoreth Thy Soles. We may photograph completed work for portfolio and social media use unless you ask us not to in writing.

10. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services means you accept the updated terms.
